Ermira embarked on her academic journey at the University of Parma, where she pursued a Degree in Economics and Management, specializing in Economics and Finance. Her pre-university studies were completed at ITC “Scaruffi-Levi-Città del Tricolore” in Reggio Emilia, where she earned a diploma as a Commercial Technician. Ermira's transition into the professional realm was marked by her involvement in a management control role at INPS (National Institute of Social Security) in Reggio Emilia, Italy. This experience honed her capabilities in organizational planning and financial oversight, skills that are invaluable to her role at Marimo Studio. Her responsibility for monitoring corporate contributions there reflects her acute sense of diligence and precision—qualities essential for the financial health and operational efficiency of our studio. As part of the Marimo Studio team, Ermira serves as an Accounting and Management Specialist. Her responsibilities encompass the management of our financial operations, ensuring meticulous accounting practices and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Ermira's role is crucial in aligning our financial strategies with our creative endeavors, thus fostering a sustainable and thriving environment for our architects and designers to innovate. Ermira's skills in managing finances and adapting quickly to changes are key to Marimo Studio. She's great at keeping our finances in check and making sure our design projects go smoothly. Her knowledge helps turn our creative ideas into reality, making sure everything runs well from start to finish.
